Call for steering committee elections

Dear members of the TBNET,
we would like to ask you to vote for members of the steering committee who shall be elected for the next 3 year term starting after the meeting in September 2009 until the fall 2012. The following positions are for election:
1. Drug Resistance and Microbiology: Daniela Cirillo (Italy), Jose A. Dominguez (Spain), Harald Hoffmann (Germany)
2. Epidemiology and Biostatistics: Frank v. Leth (The Netherlands), Giovanni Sotgiu (Italy)
3. Diagnostics: Sandra M Arend (The Netherlands), Delia Goletti (Italy), Morten Ruhwald (Denmark)
4. Clinical: Graham Bothamley (United Kingdom)
As we do not have a electronic voting system installed yet, we would kindly ask you to vote by conventional mail. Please follow these steps:
1. Print out the ballot paper
2. Make ONE cross for each of the 4 positions
3. Fold the ballot sheet and put it in a blank envelope. Close the envelope
4. Fold this envelope and insert it into another envelope with your name on the outside (sender) and address it to:
